Want to Make Some Protests?
We are looking for a cadre of volunteers to protest the actions of our nation and state, as needed, for the outrageous and despicable acts that are being forced down our throats. Santa Barbara has been silent too long. What say you? We are looking for individuals who can respond with minimal notice and join us at a specific location for a visible protest. It would be important to have sign-making materials on hand, have a good sense for appropriate phrases (or we can supply some), and be able to come to a predetermined location for an hour or two of protest.
We need to follow the example of the brave patriots in Murrieta who successfully blocked those busses carrying the illegal immigrants. Can you join us? While bus-blocking is not anticipated for the Santa Barbara area, some form of visible protest is needed for any number of outrageous overreaches.
We recognize that not all tea party members are able to participate in such ventures. But if you can, and are motivated to be heard, please let us know and give us your contact information. Your contact info. will be used solely for organizing protests and nothing else.
